Vegetables are organically grown by selected Japanese farmers using seeds flown from Hong Kong.
When making reservations you may request vegetarian or religious dishes. Have a food allergy? Mention it when making your reservation. You can also ask for special request without prior reservation but it may take time to prepare. Many English speak staff are available along with menu with pictures.
