A Modern Japanese Space produced by creators, serving Kaiseki Dish
When you first enter a Kafka Japanese restaurant you may be surprised with the simple interior. However, a second closer look may amaze you with details: Earthen ware counter tables and Japanese lacquer partitions. Then feast your eyes, as well as your pallet, with presentation of stone-steam cooking against a tranquil backdrop space. This presentation of "WA" space refers to "Japanese" with a contemporary touch. Food dish spaces are created by top Japanese creators who follow traditional craftsmanship. You can openly observe the creative concept of opposite contrast used as motif throughout the restaurant. This contrast between such opposites as Serenity and Motion, Sun and Moon, Slow and Fast, Possible and Impossible give birth to yet another element. Since the restaurant is located in front of the Museum, you may enjoy your meal after a brief or extended visit exploring new and old treasures.
