The marriage of food and drink

Akasaka MADOy (Teppan-yaki) / Akasaka まどい

MADOy Teppan-yaki

MADOy Teppan-yaki
Want to experience the ultimate teppan-yaki? Then be sure to sit at the counter table. You can watch the chef cook right in front of your eyes.

Want to maximize your dining experience? Ask the chef for advice on menu selection. Hint. The secret in selecting the items from the menu is deciding on the main and favorite dish first, then pick the rest depending on how hungry you are. If there are items on the menu you do not prefer tell the chef.

The cooking is rather simple. Even the salt and oil are carefully selected. Ingredients come from all over the world, but, happily, prices are still reasonable.

MADOy Teppan-yakiRecommended menu items include the Black Hair Japanese Cow sirloin steak. Japanese beef is world known but Black Hair Japanese Cow sirloin, considered to be the king of beef, is especially tender, juicy, and tasty. Also available are premium pork and chicken. For non-meat eaters, fresh sea food and seasonable vegetables are available for your dining pleasure, as are cheese and seasonable fruits, all on your Teppan Yaki Menu.

Thirsty? You can choose from over 50 different wines, Premium Sake, beer, and water selections from all over the world, all selected to mix well with your choice of food.

The idea of this type of dining is to enjoy the marriage between food and drink, while watching it come together before your eyes, even if you prefer open tables, counter seats, or private rooms, all available upon request. English menu and English-speaking staff available.
