The secret in selecting the items from the menu is deciding on the main and favorite dish first, then pick the rest depending on how hungry you are. If there are items on the menu you do not prefer tell the chef. The cooking is rather simple. Even the salt and oil are carefully selected. Ingredients come from all over the world, but, happily, prices are still reasonable.

Japanese beef is world known but Black Hair Japanese Cow sirloin, considered to be the king of beef, is especially tender, juicy, and tasty. Also available are premium pork and chicken. For non-meat eaters, fresh sea food and seasonable vegetables are available for your dining pleasure, as are cheese and seasonable fruits, all on your Teppan Yaki Menu.
