Seasonal food in an exciting space

Shunju Tsugihagi (Japanese) / 春秋ツギハギ

Shunju Tsugihagi Japanese Restaurant

Shunju Tsugihagi Japanese RestaurantThe word "Tsugihagi" is similar to the English word "Patch Works" and that is the best way to describe Tokyo's Shunju Tsugihagi restaurant.

As the name suggests, Shunju Tsugihagi's ambiance offers many faces, depending on where you sit. One wall section is made from a 200-year old Bali Island house, another with glass bottles. Yet another section displays a multitude of fabric layers. Various artists have combined different elements to create good harmony just like today's modern Tokyo.

Shunju Tsugihagi Japanese RestaurantShunju Tsugihagi serves mainly Japanese dishes, however, the concept is free thinking outside the boundaries. Chef craftsmanship combine with the finest ingredients, including some from foreign countries, all home-grown and carefully selected daily from handpicked suppliers.

In Japan fish and vegetables change with each season. Likewise, Shunju Tsugihagi chooses the best ingredients suited for each season as it meticulously crafts each menu for each of the four seasons. Daily specials are available along with a list of over 250 wines and Premium Sake, all to fit your budget. Private rooms can accommodate up to 16. A Party room sitting up to 40 is also available on request. For your convenience menus are in English and detailed by an English-speaking staff.
