Ironmen of Cooking Interview
 Ironmen of Cooking was a hit program on Fuji TV, which aired for six years, starting in October 1993. After that, it was broadcast, or remade, around the world. It is being broadcast now in the US as “Iron Chef America”. In the kitchen stadium, the “ironman” and the challenger have just one hour to compete in preparing full-course meals based around the theme ingredients they have been given. The program brought great changes to Japanese cuisine.
The three people interviewed were “the original iron chefs” from the Japanese program.
